Lilac Beret

So, lilac is the color of the year, and I have theluck of finding this Liz Claiborne lilac beret at a Goodwill!  I was so happy to find it!  I was also so happy with how well this outfit turned out.  I felt so girly in it, and I think it's adorable.  It is such a great outfit for spring!

My pink wool jacket is by J Crew, and fits me perfectly.  I love it when the sleeves are not too long for me!

The same day I wore the outfit, I went shopping at the Dollar Tree and picked up white and lilac pom pom keychains to go with my hat and sweater. 

SheIn Pink Sweater with Pearls

Today I am sharing this adorable pearl decorated sweater from sheIn.  It's the perfect piece for the cooler spring days like we are having here in Virginia.  I love the pearl accents that are all over the front, and the layered sleeves.   The fabric is soft, resists wrinkles, and it is light, but not too lightweight.

Unfortunately, this sweater comes in only one size, which seems to be a small, or smaller medium at most.  You can see my measurements here.   The price is great, this color is just $19.00!  It also comes in four other colors, which make the price differ a few dollars.

I can see wearing this the rest of the spring with so many different things in my wardrobe!  It would look great with white leggings as well.  And it would be extra girly and pretty with a nice skirt.

I'm posting way more photos than usual because I totally loved this look and how so many of the photos turned out!  This Connected Apparel dress has a little glitter detailing, but I think it works great for daytime and could transition into evening just as well.  I feel like a southern belle in this outfit.  It's just the perfect look for spring or summer!

I'm really enjoying wearing my floral/spring dresses now that things have warmed up here in Virginia.  I just love the vibrant colors in this Forever 21 floral dress.  

I've also been enjoying wearing some of the new hats I bought from Roses.  It's really great the difference an accessory like a hat can make to an outfit.

Pink Hat And Polka Dot Dress

 I found this pink hat,and several others at Roses.  I love hats, but I find I never wear them as often as I'd like.  I plan to change that this year!  I love how girly and sweet this outfit is. Nothing says girly like pink, ruffles, and dresses!

Floral Romper

The temps have been in the 80's the past few days here in Virginia.  It felt so warm and wonderful I brought out one of my floral rompers to wear.  I found this cute little wristlet at Dollar Tree.  I love wristlets for carrying into stores while I'm shopping and I don't want to lug around a huge bag.  I'll usually just throw my regular purse in the trunk and just carry this instead.
