Femme Luxe Fashion Haul

I'm back again today with another Femme Luxe fashion haul*, this time we have another bit of a mix of items, from casual wear, and sexy. Last time, I shared some great casual pieces, like a grey loungewear set.

 

The weather is really starting to heat up here in Virginia, and for this post I have a couple of items that I Think are going to be great for that weather, as well as a few for cooler days.

Femme Luxe has lots of new items to take a look at, so be sure to stop by their website and take a look around.

First off, we have this orange lace bodysuit in a size UK 8, and the fit is perfect.  The straps on the shoulder are adjustable and the cups work perfectly for me, and I'm about a B cup that is perhaps on the smaller side. 

The lace is very smooth and soft, and not scratchy at all. 

The bodysuit has snaps at the crotch, so it's easy to get on and off.  I don't know about you, but that's a must for me when I'm wearing anything like a bodysuit. 

It's always great to be able to have the option for easy bathroom access too, lol. 

The fabric itself also has plenty of stretch.  The bright orange color is so perfect for summer.  

The cups in this bodysuit are completely see through, so I ended up wearing a silicon sticky bra, but you can decide what option is best for you.  

The nice thing about this is it can be worn as lingerie or bodysuit, so you do have some options.

Next up, we have this brown and white striped jogger set,  also in a size UK 8.  The top is a little bit cropped, and the pants have an elastic waistband and the fabric of both items is plenty stretchy and comfortable. 

The jogger bottoms do not have any pockets and neither does the top.  The fabric of this set is not too thick or thin, making it perfect to wear pretty much all year around.  

I am still such a fan of neutrals.  I love color but I am also a big fan of neutrals because they're such a classic and seem to make any outfit look just a little bit more sophisticated, even if it's something like a casual set such as this one.  

I have a very nice collection of stylish and fun and comfortable jogger sets and loungewear from Femme Luxe, now.  

These days there's definitely no reason to wear something boring just because it's casual.

In this pleated faux leather skirt is a really cool and stylish addition for my wardrobe and I think this is going to be very cool to wear straight into the fall and winter season, as well. 

It is in the size 8 UK, and the fit is perfect.  This faux leather has a little bit of stretch and the skirt also has a zipper up the side. 

Black leather is such a classic so you really can't go wrong with this type of item in your wardrobe and I think pleats are something that is a another classic that will always be in style. 

The great thing about the skirt in that it could be dressed up or down.  You can wear it with a blouse tucked in and aa blazer and it also looks equally great with a cropped top such as the black wrap one in this post, a a summer ready milkmaid top.

Another thing that I am very happy with with this about skirt is that it is higher waisted, which I love for wearing with blouses that I want to tuck in or even with crop tops so not as much of my midriff shows.

And last, but not least we have this little black slinky knit cropped top that wraps around the waist. 

The fabric is so soft and comfortable and this is another item that's going to go with a lot of different things in my wardrobe and be especially great for really hot summer days.   

These items could definitely be mixed and matched together, for instance in this top could go fine with the skirt or the jogger bottoms, or even overtop of something like a bodycon midi dress. 

I particularly like this type of fabric because it always looks good and really does not need steaming or ironing, which makes it great for the girls that are on the go and also for taking with you on vacation, et cetera.

Noracora Deer Print Skirt

This deer print skirt * from Noracora is so interesting and unique. 

I love things that are not something you often see, and this print is definitely that. 

I'm wearing a skirt in a size small and the fit is very nice, with a little bit of give in the waist so that it's very comfortable to wear. The fabric feels like a synthetic blend and the waist has an elastic band, so the skirt itself has plenty of stretch. 

For this look I decided to bring out the pinks in the print of the skirt and pair it with a thrifted, sheer neon pink blouse. 

I think this skirt is something that you could wear all year around.

SHEIN Strawberry Print Mini Skirt

This strawberry print mini skirt* from SHEIN is just too adorable!  I think it is so bright and cute for spring and summer!  

I am wearing the skirt in a size small, and the fit is very good, and just a tiny bit lose in the hip area.  The skirt zips up the side and does not really have any stretch to the fabric. I decided to go with a red top for this look, but I think you could wear the skirt with a lot of other colors and styles, as well.  

I completed the look with a pink beret and red heels.  I love that this skirt can be dressed up or down, as well.  I think it would also look super cute with a tee shirt and flips flops.

SHEIN Pink Plaid Mini Skirt and Pearl Belt

This pink plaid mini skirt* is so cute and perfect for spring, though it definitely works for all year around. I'm wearing it in a size small in the fit is great.  

The fabric is not too thick or thin and it seems pretty well made, especially considering the price point. 

The skirt does not have any stretch to the fabric, but it does have a zipper up back and two slits, one on either thigh.  SHEIN has lots of really cute plaid mini skirts, and in so many other colors, as well.

I have this white pearl circle belt* in black, as well. It is also sold in brown, the the price is only $4.50!

I'm really looking forward to getting a lot of use out of it in spring and summer as well because of the light color. 

The belt has a lot of different holes, so it fits a lot of different sizes. I ended up using the tightest setting today.  I like that it's adjustable so you can always add or subtract as needed.

SHEIN Purple Plaid Shirt Jacket

Things are going to be a lot colder this we here in Virginia, so it's definitely time to bring out everything that's warm and snuggly!

This purple plaid shirt / jacket is like the green one that I reviewed last month.  I got this one in the same size large as well because I still wanted the oversized look. 

Just like the green version, this one has a very sturdy, thick feeling fabric that is soft and comfortable. 

Being oversized makes it great for layering. 

This plaid shirt jacket also comes in several other plaids, not just the purple and green versions. 

This really does feel like great quality, and I think it's definitely worth the price. This time for this look I decided to dress it up a bit with a purple suede skirt, neutral sweater and some heels. 

There is definitely more than one way to style these cute shirts. 

The front chest pockets actually button closed and work. The shirt has buttons at the cuffs, as well.

SHEIN Faux Suede Mini Skirt

When I first took this little faux suede skirt of the package, I was nervous that it was going to be way too small for me, but luckily it fits me perfectly fine. 

I went with a size small and the shade apricot, but this also comes in black, camel and rust brown. 

The skirt snaps down the front and the fabric does have some stretch.  It is a faux suede material and it also comes in sizes small to extra large. 

I would not mind having the skirt and all the available color is because I think it could be a really great basic. 

There are so many things in my wardrobe that this could go at and it only $11, the  price is great. 

For this look I decided to parrot with a printed blouse with some of the same tones in it.

SHEIN Ribbed Cardigan and Knit Skirt

Both of the items in today's post are super comfortable and great wardrobe basics.

This ribbed button-down cardigan from SHEIN is made from a very comfortable fabric. 

I decided to wear it alone as a sweater for this particular look.  I like the dusty pink color, which is what I went with but it also comes in apricot, beige, baby blue, and dusty blue. 

The sweater is only $22, and it feels nice and sturdy, so I'm hoping it holds up well in the long run. 

I went with a size small and the fit is perfect. 

My favorite thing about these cardigans as it they're so versatile and comfortable and they're pretty much one of my favorite things to wear in the cold weather seasons.

For this look I decided to pair my new cardigan with the beige knit skirt. 

This skirt is only $11, which I think that is a really great price. 

This is such a basic in this apricot / beige shade it will go with almost everything. 

I love the fact that it is so comfortable.  I went with a size small and I could have even sized down because it's just a little bit loose in the hips and waist area. 

This also comes and the colors brown and black. The skirt has a nice comfortable and has an elastic waistband.

SHEIN White Cardigan and Green Skater Skirt

This whole outfit is entirely SHEIN items, other than the earrings and shoes.

First off, I'm wearing this super soft white fuzzy button-down cardigan. The cardigan is very cropped, but it works okay as long as you're wearing something high waisted like the skirt.

I'm wearing a size small in the sweater and be fit is perfect. 

This is going to be a very cute item to wear all fall and winter long. It would also be cute worn over top of a different tank top or dress, so there are several different options on how to wear it.

With the sweater, I am wearing a green corduroy skirt, and it looks kind of like suede. I went with a size extra small, and it is a bit snug in the waist, which has no stretch, so I do wish I had had sized up to a small. 

It is a fuller skater style skirt, so there's plenty of room in the hips. 

The skirt has working buttons all the way down the front. The fabric feels nice, sturdy and comfortable, and the skirt also comes in several other colors. I went with green because it was unlike anything I  already had a my wardrobe and I thought would be a great color for the autumn season.

Next up is a croc print handbag, and it comes with the beautiful pearl handle, as well as a removable brown strap that feels super sturdy. 

This is such a cute bag and I love the pearl detail! The only thing about this bag is it is not hold my Samsung Galaxy S8. It probably would work if I removed my case, but if you have a smaller phone or flip phone this could still be a really cute everyday bag that holds just the basic essentials.

SHEIN Cardigan and Tartan Skirt

I am wearing this redwood color cardigan from SHEIN in a size small. 

The cardigan is cropped, so it works really well when worn with something high waisted like this skirt that is also from SHEIN. 

The sweater has Bishop sleeves and comes in sizes small to large. The sweater is $20, and is also available in black. Cardigans like this are so popular right now, and I like how they can be worn alone or over something else.

This was just $15 it comes in sizes extra small to for extra large.

I'm wearing a size extra small because I didn't want it to be too big in the waist. 

There is no stretch at all, so keep in mind so you'll ensure the best fit for you. 

I think perhaps it would have been best to go up to a size small just make sure I was more comfortable in the waist area. 

The fabric of this skirt is nice and comfortable, and it's 20% cotton 80% polyester. 

As I said, the skirt does not have any stretch but it does have a zipper up the side. The skirt is also available in two other plaid color options.

SHEIN Pink Latex Skirt

This pink latex zip front skirt from SHEIN is such a pretty color. 

I don't think the camera does the color justice. 

 I'm wearing a size large and it fits okay, but I definitely could have worn a medium very, well I believe. 

Since I got a size large, it sits lower on the hips instead of at the natural waist like a smaller size would have. 

The material does have some give and stretch to it. The skirt is just so much fun it's like the perfect Barbie color pink, and it makes me happy.  The material is also buttery soft to touch so it feels great. 

If you're looking for something to break up the blacks and browns of the fall and winter seasons, this is definitely a good alternative to the basic wardrobe pieces. 

The skirt comes completely unzipped up the front and that is the only closure.

Blush Mark Pink Floral Mini Skirt

This beautiful pink floral print mini skirt from Blush Mark is just beautiful and perfect for Spring and summer, and I'm thinking I could even where this into the fall with a beautiful cream turtleneck or cardigan over a pretty blouse to match.

I got the skirt in a size small and the fit is great.  The waist has an elastic band making this very comfortable to wear. The shade of pink is a beautiful peachy, pink and the print has shades of yellow-green blue white and a deeper red.

For this look I decided to pair the skirt with a beige lace blouse for a very, girly romantic look.

SHEIN Yellow Checkered Skirt

I think that this yellow and white checkered skirt is so adorable! 
I'm used to seeing the checkered pattern in red and white, and blue and white, so I think the yellow is especially unique and refreshing and perfect for spring and summer.

I decided to go with a red blouse that I thrifted for this look. I think the yellow would go with a lot of other colors as well, though.

This fabric has an interesting texture... it's kind of puckered.
The fabric does not really stretch, and the skirt has a zipper on the side of the waist.
I'm wearing a size medium and the fit is perfect.
This is such a cute skirt, and I'm hoping that I can even wear it into the fall if I choose the right tops and accessories.
 The yellow is a very bright and cheery Lemon shade, making this such a happy piece!

For tonight's post, I have two super cute skirts from SHEIN!

This cow print skirt is so adorable!  When I saw it I knew I wanted it because it reminds me of a cow print robe that Vaughan bought me many years ago.
It was a favorite of mine for a long time and I wore at tons.

This skirt is made from a nice, thick synthetic fabric and it is not see through.
I'm wearing a size large, so I would say you probably need to size up from your normal size.

This skirt would look cute with a lot of different colors, I think especially red. I decided to keep it simple and went with this black blouse that I thrifted last year.
This such a comfortable basic skirt and the price at only $5 is really incredible!

This would be fun to wear dressed up as a cowgirl look to for the summertime!

This next skirt is very on trend because it is the most beautiful tie dye print!
I'm wearing this colorful tie dye skirt in a size extra large, so it is definitely something you need to size up in because I think I would normally wear something more like a medium.

The skirt is lined in white and it has a mesh printed overlay.
The waist has an elastic band so you just slip it up and the fabric is very nice stretchy and comfortable.

This skirt is going to be it very cute to wear for the rest of the summer.  I love that the print has so many different colors, and that you can wear it with so many different things, like a paired it with this shirt that I already had in my wardrobe in a super bright pink.
