In this set of photos from the Bargain Camera Show, I am wearing a beautiful fishtail gown that I purchased from Goodwill for just $3.00!  The gown is an almost perfect fit, and the ruching is very figure flattering.  The blond wig was bought from Ebay. Sometimes when I am going to be modeling a lot of different looks, I like to wear wigs to really change things up.  I find they are more comfortable to pose in for a short period of time, rather than for daily wear because they usually give me a headache after a while.

Green Belly Dance Costume

To celebrate National Day of Dance, I'm sharing my belly dance photos from the last Bargain Camera Show.  I made the green costume and red veil by hand.  I have made a lot of my own costumes since I started dancing.  The necklace is from Walmart, and the wig was purchased from Ebay.  I have had pretty good luck with finding good wigs off Ebay.  There's was only one miss that I recall so far.  The wig I bought that time was a little too cheap and Halloween costume-looking.

Bargain Camera Show

On Sunday, the 19th, I had the opportunity to be one for the models at the Bargain Camera Show in Anaheim, California.  Here, I am wearing a vintage dress that was a gift from my mother.  I paired it with a red flower necklace I purchased from Walmart.  I have always been a fan of ruching.  This dress is most likely from the 80's or early 90's, but I think it has a timeless look.
