My mother and I adore this skirt from Belle Poque! She and I love the Victorian style!
The blue and white stripes work for all year around, but I can especially see wearing this in the spring and summer. The blue and white will go with lots of different colors. I opted for a black blouse for this look, but I can also see it looking great with red, for example.
I am wearing a size small, and the fit is perfect. The skirt has a zipper on the left side, and elastic on the back of the waist. The elastic makes for a very comfortable fit. I wore the skirt with it ruched in the front, but that can be left loose, for a longer skirt in the front.
I am so happy with how this skirt looks, I am thinking of getting one each in the other colors available!
This Friday is #internationalwomensday. How will you be celebrating? I am thinking I will spend it with my mother. A day of fun and shopping!
