Alice Through The Looking Glass

I wore this outfit on a date day with Vaughan to see Alice Through The Looking Glass.  It was one of the best done 3D films I've seen so far.  It seems like the technology is getting better all the time, which is great!  The Mandarin costume worn by Alice in the film was very beautiful, I loved the colors! It totally looks like something I would wear!

Black and White Gingham Dress

I've spent this past two days painting my kitchen.  It's coming along great, and I can't wait to share the results!  This weekend, I've also been preparing wardrobe for a photo shoot in North Carolina that is planned for this Tuesday.  Lots to do!  I haven't put on make up or dressed up the past two days, so it'll be nice to get back to normal after all our home projects are done.

Turquoise Dress

Turquoise is such a great color for summer, I especially love pairing it with shades of coral, peach and orange.  There's something so perfect about that color combination.  That being said, I can't think of a color that wouldn't look good with turquoise!

 Who knew navy and black and white animal print would go so well together?  I like it!  The necklace I'm wearing was actually a belt, I just shortened it a little to make a statement necklace.

The dress I'm wearing is one I made myself, by hand.  It's a simple cut, but one of the most comfortable styles and fabric.  I am wearing a beautiful, minty-green wrap.  Unfortunately, I don't remember who the maker of the shawl is.

 What color says bright, colorful and fun more than orange?  I decided to mix my prints with tie dye and paisley, and I think it worked well.
