Happy Monday!   Vaughan and I spent the day shopping for fence panels.  So far we have three up, and they are looking great!  It's going to be wonderful to have more privacy when it's all done.

Blue Floral Print Fringe Kimono

My favorite part of the coverup/ kimono is the long fringe.  It is a very dramatic length.  I wore this kimono on a hot day, and the fabric was perfect and lightweight, so I was plenty comfortable.  The bold blue floral print is so pretty!  I love that I can wear this to the beach, or over a dress and it is just as practical.  This would be a great travel piece since it can do double duty like that.  I think the blue went especially great with pink, but I could also see this with white denim shorts, etc.

American Flag Kimono

This kimono is so perfect for the 4th of July!  I wore it for Flag Day, and I plan on wearing it again this 4th of July.  It will be great to keep away the evening chill when outside looking at fireworks!  I wore my kimono over a vintage, blue jumpsuit, but it will look great when worn with lots of different things.   I usually wear a size small, so I think a lot of larger sizes can wear this kimono easily, as well.  The fabric is very light, and comfortable, not too thick for the summer heat.

Fringe Kimono

For today's OOTD, I am wearing me new fringe kimono from SheIn.  The fabric is very lightweight and breezy, making this the perfect cover for cool summer nights.  Not too thick, but just right to keep the chill away.  I love the fringe, and the exotic print.  

This would look cute with a tank tops and shorts, but I decided to go with a dressier look and pair it with my LBD.

This kimono comes in one size, but I think this would work well up to a size medium, at least.  What is the best part?  This kimono is only $10!    At that price, this is a summer must-have!
