I think it's classic and can be worn to a lot of different events. The shade of blue is just stunning, and the way the fabric catches the light is beautiful. I love velvet for this reason, especially in gorgeous jewel tones such as this.
This velvet dress is stretchy and comfortable but it also has a zipper up the back. I'm wearing a size medium and the fit is pretty much perfect for me. I love the ruching and wrap effect and detail of this dress. The rhinestone buckle appears to actually be metal. I feel like this dress is definitely equality piece and worth the money. The length of the dress is perfect on me, keep in mind that I am 5' 2 so it's going to vary according to your height, most likely.
Rosewe has a lot of other beautiful items, as well. I think this dress would be a beautiful date night, Valentine's Day outfit.
