I'm wearing this dress in a size small, and the fit is very good.  The fabric reminds me more of a wind breaker type of fabric, perhaps a lining fabric.  It does make a bit of sound when you walk. I think this dress would be particular great for perhaps a costume. I also think the pattern on this dress is very beautiful. The dress is in a wrap style in the front bust area and they're also has an elastic waistband . If the neckline is too open to suit you you could easily pen it together.
