I just love the beautiful ruffled bottom of this dress. The fabric is nice, thin, and dressy. The style is more on the conservative side, so this would be a great option for church or similar function. I am only 5'2', so this dress looks even more conservative on me because it comes to my ankles. I love this shade of blue, it's very pretty. I added a colorful belt to bring out the blue, and went with gold accessories. I ordered a size medium, and it fit me perfectly.
