Blouse and Skirt Set

I bought this set from a thrift strore years ago.  The skirt was a little too large for me so I need to make the waist smaller.  I added a drawstring so could get just the fit I wanted.

I love the vintage, rust color of the fabric, and the bottom hem shape. 

I think this is a perfect outfit for fall, don't you?

Bright Pink Print Blouse

I love how bright and pretty blouse is!  I paired it with these linen pants I purchased for just a few dollar from a thrift store in Amelia, Virginia.  Linen has been so popular this year, so I was happy to find a nice, comfortable pair of linen pants.

There is somthing so relaxed and comfortable about the look.  I just need a ticket to Miami now, and I will be set!

 

Cornfield

I am wearing a dress I bought for one dollar at a thrift store in California.  It is vintage, from the 1960's or 70's.  I thought it was the perfect dress to wear for this photoshoot in a cornfield.  The flower crown is one I bought on sale at Walmart for just a dollar, as well.

Tie Dye Blouse

These are the mauve pants I bought from Ross last spring.  I love how comfortable they are, and that they go woth so many different tops.  They are unhemmed, so it was very easy to just cut these shorter to the right length for me.

The beautiful bag is also from Ross.  I just love the shade of pink, and the pearls!

Navy Blue Jacket

I am wearing the super soft, navy blue leggings I bought at Walmart last year.  This year, they have red and white available!  I just bought a pair in red, today.

I love how soft and comfortable they are, and I hope I get as much use out of the red ones as I did my others last year.  They are less than right dollars, by the way.

The navy hat I am wearing was a purchase from Roses, and the rest of my outfit was all thrifted.  I like the navy on navy look!

Lace Midi Dress

I love the long sleeves on this dress.  It's perfect for wearing to events for the upcoming holiday season because of this, and the longer sleeves.  The design of the lace is also very lovely.

The pretty purple color is also a nice change from typical fall and winter colors.   I think adding some pops of red would really be a beautiful look, too!

Blue Denim Skirt

I don't even remember how many years I have had this denim skirt.  I like the style and cut of this one a lot more than a basic denim skirt.  I do know one thing, both the top and skirt were from a thrift store.

The thing I like about the denim skirt is it does act as a basic since it goes with most any tops I have.
