I went with a size medium and I wish I would have gone with the size small instead because I think the fit would have been even more perfect.
The top is a little loose and the bust area, I am 32B in the bust so hopefully that will help you decide which size to get.
My hips or about 35" around and the skirt does have stretch to it, so I think that would have worked okay with a size small.
This looks like just the kind of outfit I would take with me on a special summer vacation. This would be beautiful at a beachside cabana, or you could wear the skirt with a different blouse for a beautiful outfit to wear to dinner in the evening.

The colorful chain necklace* is also from SHEIN. I thought the color really complemented the top and skirt set. At under $4, the price is great, too. I think this is going to be a fun necklace to wear all year around. Because of all the colors, it is going to make it even easier to pair with outfits, as well.
