Happy Monday!
I hope everyone had a great weekend! I stayed at home and celebrated Cinco de Mayo with my family. Vaughan and I got out tiki bar looking more like we want, and we had a great time just enjoying the space, and some great Mexican food! We will be having leftovers for days!
I used a crock pot for the first time in my life, and I must say, I think I am a new fan! I love how easy it is to just set it, and forget it. I am always forgetting to cook, or eat, and then I end of starving because I don't keep track of the the. I think having somethig in the crock pot could be a great way to have something nice and hot to eat for dinner, without a lot of work or oversight.
