I just bought this hat from Roses a couple of days ago. It was on sale for $5 so I also bought it in red. It says it's a beret, but the shape is a little different than what I am used to wearing as a beret.
Regardless, I think it looks nice and I am pretty sure I will get lots of use out of them both since I love wearing hats.
The sweater skirt is one I bought recently from Bliss Thrift Store, in Victoria, Virginia. The necklace is one of the dollar ones I bought on sale from Walmart lately.
