I am so into crushed velvet and velour this winter! I love the way it catches the light, and adds glamour to even the most basic of clothing items. The mini dress is very pretty, and I am betting very comfortably as well. Pieces like this are great for travel because they are so small, and also the crushed velour fabric will not wrinkle, or at least it will not show wrinkles.

Okay, here is more crushed velour. This one has long sleeves, making it perfect for the rest of winter, and early spring here in a place like Virginia. The color is very pretty, and will also look fabulous for next fall. I love wearing dark reds and burgundy in the fall season.
