I spent the past few days working with Vaughan and my dad digging a trench for a water line. I like doing manual labor. It really is a shame I have chronic back pain,because otherwise I think I'd be an even more active person. I think if you're physically able, then everyone should at least try manual labor once in their lives. It gives you respect for the people that spend so much of their lives doing work that most of us take for granted. I have not been so sore or tired in a long time, but I feel like I accomplished something.
