I purchased this Wet n Wild Coloricon shimmer eye pencil for about $1.00 at Walmart. The color is black with silver sparkles. I like the idea of glitter eyeliner but I found this feels a little dry and it hard to apply smoothly. I have read other reviews saying just the opposite, so maybe mine was old when I bought it.
