I recently purchased this L'Oreal foundation for about $13.00 from Walmart. At first, I found the product to be a little watery, even with shaking it, but after several uses it seems to be coming out a little thicker. The product is lightweight, but the coverage is decent.

This whole outfit was less than $5.00. The dress was $1.99 at the Disabled Veteran's Thrift Store in Glendale, California. We had just been shopping there before heading to El Torito to celebrate National Tequila Day. I slipped on my new dress in the car on the way there. The lace jacket was bought new at dd's Discounts. It was just $2.49!
I am always getting cold, especially when I go out to eat at restaurants, so I like to have something pretty to stay warm, and it is great to wear something with color, and not always a black shrug.
A nice lady complimented me on my outfit as we left the restaurant, so I guess it was a good choice!

I found this gorgeous table at the Disabled Veteran's Thrift Store in Glendale, California. It was around $10.00! It was originally brown, but I just recently spray painted it gold. My mother and I both love furniture in this carved style.

Since I was a child, I have loved Egyptian themed things, including clothing. This skirt is by Lucy Collection, and it printed and has beading and sequins. The top I am wearing is by O Casual and it matches the burgundy in the skirt very well.

While I was out for a walk in Hollywood yesterday, I stopped by a Ross store and found the cute, floral print dress for $9.99. The fabric feels so soft and light, perfect for wearing in hot summer weather.

Vaughan and I were staying in Manhattan Beach for our anniversary when we drove past a Goodwill store. Thrift shopping is a favorite pastime for both of us, so we decided to stop in and take a look. It just happened that that day they were have a sale where all clothing items were just $2.00! This seems to be something that's done at least once a year in a lot of the southern Los Angeles county Goodwill stores.
This dress was brand new with the tag still on it. It's made by Ruby.
This "necklace" was actually the top part of a red tank, but I cut if off and used it for a necklace because I think I'll get a lot more use of of it that way. Top was by Tango.
Sweater is by Active Basic
