High Bridge, Farmville VA

High Bridge is located in Prince Edward County, Virginia, right outside of Farmville.  High Bridge was the site of a battle during the last days of the civil war.

The 31 mile section of the old rail line was turned into a state park trail that was completed in 2012.  It's now a great place to enjoy walking, biking, or even horseback riding.  There are several lots you can park in to access the trail, some have a fee, and a few places you can access for free.  You can access part of the trail from downtown Farmville.

High Bridge itself spans the Appomattox River, and is 125 feet tall.  The views are lovely.  I want to go back during peak fall foliage.  I am sure it will be magnificent for photos at that time, as well!

The park trail is open from dusk until dawn.
The jumpsuit I am wearing is so soft and comfortable.  The only problem I had with it is that is was way too long for me, so I had to hem the bottoms.

I am wearing the size medium, and the fit is great everywhere else.

The suit also some in over 15 other colors and prints!  I think this one with be great for a transition piece into fall.  Just throw on a cute sweater or jacket and booties to complete the look.

The price is $19.59 and the brand is Ecowish.
