Humpback Bridge Covington, Virginia

Vaughan and I are currently in Myrtle Beach celebrating out "meeting" anniversary, but I wanted to share these photos from our trip to Humpback Bridge in Covington, Virginia.

I have always wanted to visit a covered bridge, but this was my first time doing it!  I didn't even know there were any in Virginia, let alone one as awesome as this one!  I totally suggest checking it out if you are anywhere in the area.  It is especially beautiful in the fall, which is when Vaughan and I went to see it.

There is a picnic area, and a decent sized parking lot beside the bride.  The only thing I wish they also had at the park are toilets.  There is nowhere to go to the restroom, which is inconvenient if you have been traveling to get there for a long time.
