I just love my new fringe dress by Tobi! My mother and I have always been huge fans of fringe, and this dress sure has a lot of it! The fabric of this dress is so soft, I feel very comfortable wearing it. Tobi has lots of beautiful dress choices. It took me a few hours just to see everything they have available on their website!
