Walgreens sunscreen

This is my first time trying Well at Walgreens sunscreen.  The scent is okay,but I especially like how this lotion is not as heavy and sticky as some.  It is broad spectrum, and it was around just $3.00, which is a great deal for sunscreen.

Paul Mitchell Original Tingle Travel Kit

This is the Paul Mitchell Original Tingle Travel Kit, it comes with travel size bottles of conditioner, shampoo, and firm hold hair gel.  The gel works really well, and does not have the strong mint scent that the shampoo has.  I find the shampoo can actually cause my eyes to sting just from the mint scent, and I am not a huge fan of the product, but my husband adores the stuff!  He and I found that the conditioner did not smell as strong.  I was okay with that but my husband really loves the scent, so he would rather it be more like the shampoo.

Dr. Sheffield's Triple Antibiotic Ointment

Dr. Sheffield's Triple Antibiotic ointment is compared to Neosporin.  My husband used this ointment for a cut on his hand and he found it healed just as fast as with the name brand.

Antibiotic ointments can be pretty expensive, so finding this one for just $1.00 at the 99 Cent Only store was a great bargain.

A Day in the Park

I am wearing two of my favorite pieces, a blouse by Kensie and a skirt by Xhileration. The blouse is a fun print, and the fabric is so soft, it is really comfortable to wear.

I love how the skirt has a high waist, perfect for tucking in blouses.

Wet n Wild Natural Blend lip shimmer

This is Wet n Wild natural blend lip shimmer in Berry.  It has a nice, mint scent, but the feel is a little waxy for me.  The shade is okay but not a favorite for me.

Profusion 88 Pro Eyeshadow Palette

I found this Profusion 88 Pro Eyeshadow Palette at Ross.  This just may be the largest palette I've ever seen!  I love it!  I think most every color and shade is covered!  

I am looking forward to making some fantastic color combinations with my new palette :)

Wet n Wild Coloricon eyeliner

I purchased this Wet n Wild Coloricon shimmer eye pencil for about $1.00 at Walmart.  The color is black with silver sparkles. I like the idea of glitter eyeliner but I found this feels a little dry and it hard to apply smoothly. I have read other reviews saying just the opposite, so maybe mine was old when I bought it.

Wet n Wild fastdry 9.0.2.1.Orange nail polish

This is my second bottle of Wet n Wild fastdry nail polish, and this color is called 9.0.2.1.Orange.

Now that I have use fast drying polishes, I don't want to go back to using traditional polish.  One of the things I dislike most about painting my nails is waiting so long for them to dry.

This will be perfect for Halloween!

My Golden Chair

I had been meaning to re-upholster this chair for a long time, and I finally did it a few weeks ago.  I started by removing the seat and covering it in pink velvet.  I used the same tacks that were already on the chair to attach the new fabric.  I then spray painted the wood frame of the chair with gold Valspar spray paint.  I think it looks fantastic!

Beauty Treats Colormania lip palette

I love the warm shades in this lip palette by Beauty Treats.  The coral and melon tones are what especially attracted me.  My only compliant is that some of the glosses feel a little tacky, and not as smooth as I would like.

I have gotten several compliments on my cute polka dot skirt Forever 21.  I paired it with this cropped top from Sidecca.  I love the zipper detail in the back.

Joico Power Spray

I worked on a film set where a wonderful hair stylist made my hair smoother and shinier than anyone else had before.  I asked her what products she used and one she mentioned was Joico hair or shine spray.  This Joico Power Spray has great hold, and after flat ironing my hair, it helped it to stay straight and smooth for days.
