I bought this tube of Beauty Concepts gloss as a Dollar Tree. The packaging was really beautiful and was the first thing that attracted me. Looking at it, you would not think it would have a wand to apply it with, but it does. I was not expecting that, and I don't really like to use a wand for lip glosses.
The shade is beautiful, but the gloss is very sticky.
